Finance & Accounting Manager

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $85,000–$122,200 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting for an assigned brand, service, or key project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and mitigate risks.
• Provide recommendations and strategic insights for business decision-making.
• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations, company policies, and internal controls.
• Drive operational improvements and build relationships with senior leaders, business partners, and external partners.

Requirements

• Currently completing an undergraduate degree during the current year.
• Major or concentration in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, Commerce, or Taxation.
• At least two college-level accounting courses completed before graduation.
• Strong academic record with a GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Demonstrated leadership experience and a record of success.
