Registered Dietitian

Location: Salt Lake City, Utah, United States; hybrid schedule with four onsite days and one remote day per week

What you will do

• Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments and develop individualized nutrition care plans.
• Provide one-on-one counseling for chronic disease management, prevention, healthy lifestyle habits, and behavior change.
• Educate patients on therapeutic diets, meal planning, and weight management.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated, whole-person care.
• Document patient progress and support wellness initiatives across the clinic.

Requirements

• Registered Dietitian or Registered Dietitian Nutritionist credential through the Commission on Dietetic Registration.
• State licensure where required.
• Bachelor's degree in Dietetics, Nutrition, Nutritional Sciences, Human Nutrition, or a related field.
• Strong communication, counseling, and collaboration skills.
• Outpatient or primary care experience is a plus; early-career dietitians and new graduates are encouraged to apply.
