What you will do

• Design, implement, and maintain security controls across AWS/Azure, on-premises, AI, and classified environments.
• Support NIST, RMF, NIST SP 800-171, CMMC, and FedRAMP compliance activities, including ATO packages for high-side classified deployments.
• Coordinate with IT, corporate and program security, software engineering teams, and government customers throughout the system lifecycle.
• Conduct vulnerability assessments, security reviews, remediation tracking, and security monitoring across React, Python FastAPI, and Java-based applications.
• Integrate automated security scanning with GitLab CI/CD using tools such as Trivy, Semgrep, yGuard, and OWASP tools.
• Secure IAM, RBAC, microservices, cloud storage, AI models, LLMs, and RAG services while supporting incident response and continuous monitoring.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) security clearance.
• BS in cybersecurity, computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 3–7 years of experience in cybersecurity, security engineering, DevSecOps, or a related field.
• Experience securing AWS, Azure, or hybrid cloud environments, especially Docker and Kubernetes architectures.
• Knowledge of networking, operating systems, encryption, authentication, secure software development, vulnerability management, and GitLab CI/CD.
• Experience with Python, PowerShell, or Bash automation; AI/ML security, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs, RAG pipelines, MBSE tools, and RabbitMQ.
