Senior Manager, Privacy & Security Regulatory Engagement (Healthcare Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote-MO, United States; remote role with 5–10% limited travel.

Salary: $107,700–$199,300 per year.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of regulatory analysts supporting Enterprise Privacy & Security Risk Management and Enterprise Engagement Officers.
• Translate contractual, legislative, regulatory, privacy, security, AI governance, and business continuity requirements into actionable analysis and advisory materials.
• Oversee requirement inventories, obligation tracking, evidence packages, executive briefings, dashboards, and audit-ready documentation.
• Coordinate regulatory impact assessments, readiness reviews, RFP responses, procurements, renewals, market entries, and regulator or client requests.
• Track remediation actions, risk status, mitigation plans, and changes to regulatory requirements across business and technology functions.
• Improve analyst methods, reporting, skills, and tooling while supporting EPSRM planning and portfolio reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in information security, information technology, cybersecurity, public policy, legal studies, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years of experience in privacy, security, compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• 3+ years leading teams or managing professionals within a regulatory, security, or compliance function.
• 3+ years analyzing and interpreting regulatory, legislative, or contractual requirements.
• Experience with cross-functional initiatives, regulatory impact assessments, risk evaluations, gap analyses, and executive-level communications.
• Ability to pursue or obtain CISSP, CISM, CIPP/US, or a closely related reputable certification after hire.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or Juris Doctor.
• Experience in healthcare, government programs, or other highly regulated industries.
• Experience interpreting CMS requirements for Medicare, Medicaid, or ACA Marketplace programs.
• Experience translating complex requirements into business and technical guidance.
