TL;DR

Launch Management Apprentice(f/m/d) (Industrial Engineering/Manufacturing): Supporting new production program launches in Queretaro with an accent on launch schedules, materials procurement, production documentation, and SAP material tracking. Focus on time studies, workflow definition, continuous improvement through Lean, Kaizen, VPS, and Six Sigma, and coordination of new machinery reviews.

Location: Queretaro, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

Update launch program schedules, activities, results, and action tracking for new projects.
Generate material and equipment requisitions and follow orders from purchase order creation through arrival, identification, and inventory.
Coordinate the development and verification of SOPs, procedures, forms, and other documents required for production standards.
Review materials and bills of materials, submitting updates and changes to maintain accurate SAP material consumption data.
Participate in mock-up workshops, process-engineer reviews, and FSS5 reviews of new machinery.
Support continuous improvement initiatives involving Kaizen, Lean, VPS, and Six Sigma.

Requirements

Current student of Industrial Engineering or a similar discipline.
Knowledge of conducting time studies.
Ability to prepare reports using Microsoft Office software.
English required.
