Location: Onsite in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico

What you will do

  • Maintain and improve the Quality Management System in compliance with IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, and applicable certifications.
  • Lead quality assurance, quality control, product safety, and compliance activities across a group of plants.
  • Manage internal, customer, and third-party audits, customer quality reviews, corrective actions, and issue resolution.
  • Drive continuous improvement using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, and root cause analysis.
  • Oversee supplier quality programs, including supplier audits, qualification, development, and performance improvement.
  • Develop quality teams, establish KPIs, report performance to executive leadership and customers, and support new product launches.

Requirements

  • Experience leading quality activities in automotive seat cover or interior component manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of IATF 16949, customer-specific requirements, product safety, and certification audits.
  • Experience with APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and corrective action processes.
  • Ability to collaborate with Operations, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Program Management.
  • Experience managing supplier quality, customer quality interfaces, and quality teams across multiple plants.
