Location: Tangier, Morocco; full-time onsite role

What you will do

  • Lead and coordinate pre-serial logistics activities for new automotive product launches from project nomination through SOP and ramp-up stabilization.
  • Ensure material availability for prototype, validation, pre-series, and SOP builds according to project milestones.
  • Review BOMs, engineering changes, revision levels, indexes, and material status, and coordinate implementation with Engineering.
  • Follow up with suppliers on tooling readiness, material availability, delivery schedules, production planning, and recovery plans.
  • Align Purchasing, Production Planning, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, suppliers, and Launch Management on logistics readiness.
  • Monitor risks, escalate shortages or delays, maintain action plans, report readiness status, and drive continuous improvement through ramp-up.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 3 years of experience in automotive logistics, supply chain, industrial engineering, launch management, or project logistics.
  • Experience managing logistics activities for new product launches in the automotive industry.
  • Experience working in a cross-functional and international environment.
  • Professional working proficiency in English and French is required.

Nice to have

  • Professional working proficiency in Spanish.
