What you will do
- Manage relationships with freight forwarders and carriers, including proposing carrier selections.
- Prepare and monitor the carrier’s weekly pickup schedule.
- Track trailers in Algeciras and Tangier and follow shipments through designated checkpoints until arrival at the factory.
- Monitor inbound and outbound trailer usage, occupancy rates and mileage to prevent disruptions and optimize transport costs.
- Prepare weekly transport statistics and cost reports.
- Supervise goods reception and shipping.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in Logistics or an equivalent qualification.
- Advanced English is mandatory.
- Knowledge of logistics processes.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving and analytical skills.
