What you will do

• Develop, integrate, and analyze budget data across all phases of the PPBE process.
• Support the Space Access Portfolio Acquisition Executive, Chief Financial Officer, and Space Mobility & Logistics programs.
• Provide budget research and expertise for POM development, Budget Execution Reviews, and financial management reviews.
• Develop strategies to mitigate budget cuts and support budget reallocations and reprogramming actions.
• Analyze and reconcile current-, prior-, and canceled-year funds.
• Advise senior leadership on budget planning, execution, new-start implications, and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in a DoW Acquisition System Program Office, acquisition financial management, or budget analysis, including at least 8 years in a space system program environment.
• Extensive knowledge of the DoW acquisition process, including budget planning, formulation, programming, execution, justification, reporting, and program documentation.
• Experience with FM-Suite, CCaR, Wide Area Workflow, myInvoice, GAFS, MOCAS, PMRT, IDECS, CRIS, PIEE, DEAMS, ADVANA, Power BI, and Excel.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, business, economics, finance, accounting, engineering, or statistics.
• Minimum Secret Clearance required; U.S. citizenship required.

Nice to have

• Experience in launch, range, satellite acquisition, and budget planning and execution.
• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• TS/SCI clearance.
• Familiarity with the National Intelligence Community budget cycle.
