Product Developer - Men's

Location: Fully onsite in Beverly Hills, California, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Manage men's product development from concept through launch, meeting timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Collaborate with design, production, merchandising, and sales teams to align products with customer needs and business goals.
• Build supplier and vendor relationships and oversee the quality and timely delivery of materials and components.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify fashion trends and new product opportunities.
• Manage and mentor a team of product developers and support performance against team goals.
• Develop and manage product development budgets.

Requirements

• Five or more years of product development experience, preferably in men's apparel.
• Very strong proficiency with Adobe Illustrator and intermediate knowledge of G-Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's degree in Fashion or Supply Management.
• Strong organization, time management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience with garment and fabric construction is advantageous.
• English is required; additional languages are an advantage.
