What you will do

  • Lead the end-to-end supply planning function across Ingredients, Foodservice, and Consumer portfolios.
  • Develop integrated supply plans that balance service, cost, inventory, and production efficiency.
  • Drive plan attainment, delivery reliability, and schedule adherence.
  • Oversee national production scheduling, materials planning, and optimization modelling.
  • Strengthen collaboration across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Commercial teams.
  • Lead continuous improvement, digital enablement, and development of a large, high-performing team.

Requirements

  • 15+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing leadership.
  • Significant experience leading end-to-end supply planning.
  • Strong capability in S&OP, IBP, production scheduling, and supply-demand balancing.
  • Experience with optimization modelling and advanced planning systems.
  • Proven success improving operational performance and planning outcomes at scale.
  • Experience leading large, geographically dispersed teams and a tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related discipline.

Nice to have

  • MBA, APICS, IBF, or similar qualifications.
