What you will do

• Execute the full content lifecycle, including content creation, editorial planning, and multi-channel distribution.
• Develop and manage a centralized CMS or content library with governance, taxonomy, workflows, version control, and compliance standards.
• Create content for product launches, go-to-market strategies, marketing campaigns, sales enablement, recruiting, and business initiatives.
• Own social media strategy, content calendars, execution, and performance-based optimization.
• Manage email, social media, and sales-material distribution while ensuring accurate, consistent, audience-focused messaging.
• Partner with internal teams and field partners to coordinate workflows, approvals, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related function.
• Bachelor’s degree with related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including strong grammar and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage priorities, handle concurrent tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to support marketing, advertising, and program execution at strategic and tactical levels.
• Ability to build relationships with internal stakeholders and field partners; understanding of life insurance and annuity concepts is preferred.
