Content Marketing Associate (Fintech)

What you will do

• Research, plan, and write blog posts, eBooks, fact sheets, product brochures, and other content for client-relevant topics.
• Develop high-quality messaging that supports market positioning, client retention, and new sales.
• Edit and manage email, social media, advertising, and web copy.
• Contribute to website initiatives, especially content supporting search engine optimization.
• Interview internal and external thought leaders, including customers, to create content that strengthens relationships and drives action.
• Coordinate marketing projects across demand generation, product marketing, design, marketing operations, and sales using Jira.

Requirements

• Proven ability to write about complex concepts and investigate unfamiliar topics in depth.
• Strategic thinking, adaptability, leadership, and strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• BS/MS degree in marketing or journalism.
• Experience in fintech and willingness to travel as needed.
