Fill/Finish Associate (Internal Fill/Finish MFG) (Pharmaceutical Manufacturing)

Location: Onsite in Rensselaer, New York, United States; the posting also lists East Greenbush, New York. Multiple 10-hour shifts support 24/7 production, with occasional on-call and weekend work. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Salary: $16.44–$39.13 per hour

What you will do

• Operate automated aseptic filling equipment for vials, syringes, and cartridges in isolators and cleanroom environments.
• Assemble filled products into syringes and autoinjectors and operate packaging lines for labeling and distribution.
• Monitor process controls, robotics, pneumatics, PLCs, and manual checks to maintain throughput, quality, and compliance.
• Perform equipment changeovers, cleaning, parts handling, installation, environmental monitoring, and sampling.
• Create, follow, and improve SOPs while escalating nonconformities and maintaining cGMP compliance.
• Record and review GMP data, reconcile products and controlled materials, and maintain training documentation in MES/eBR, LIMS, and related systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, or an associate, bachelor’s, or BA degree in life sciences or a related field.
• Ability to work full shifts of up to 10 hours in full cleanroom attire and maintain aseptic behaviors.
• Ability to bend, climb, crawl, kneel, reach overhead, squat, walk, stand, manipulate equipment, and lift, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to remove jewelry, makeup, and nail adornments while wearing cleanroom attire.
• Ability to work occasional on-call and weekend shifts and travel domestically or internationally as needed.
