SAP Tech Lead (OTC, SD, VMS)

Location: Houston, Texas; hybrid schedule with four days at the Friedkin Corporate Campus and one day per week at the Vehicle Processing Center where applicable. Up to 20% travel is required. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must not require employer sponsorship now or in the future.

What you will do

• Lead SAP functional architecture, design, and configuration for Vehicle Management System and Sales & Distribution processes in a newly implemented SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into integrated SAP solutions for Distribution and Vehicle Processing Center operations.
• Design and document WRICEFs and solution specifications in collaboration with development, architecture, BASIS, security, business, and AMS teams.
• Provide SAP production support, including development, testing, defect resolution, enhancements, release updates, patches, and OSS notes.
• Support SAP ERP implementation and post-go-live operations while driving standardization and adoption of out-of-the-box SAP functionality.
• Contribute to organizational change management and provide guidance to business stakeholders and end users.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 8+ years of experience in SAP ERP implementation and post-go-live support, including 8+ years of SAP VMS and Sales & Distribution configuration experience.
• At least one end-to-end SAP VMS implementation and 8+ years preparing process and functional design documentation.
• Strong Order to Cash expertise, with knowledge of Procure to Pay, FI integration, and business process mapping in SAP.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, organization, prioritization, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship is required.

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Procure to Pay experience, including Ariba.
