SAP S/4 HANA Functional Lead (SAP S/4 HANA)

Location: 100% onsite in Boca Raton, Florida, or at the Unical site in Glendale (Phoenix), Arizona; the location is not negotiable.

What you will do

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for SAP S/4HANA modules.
• Design, configure, and customize SAP S/4HANA solutions, including Fiori apps.
• Support testing, implementation, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Identify and implement SAP S/4HANA process improvements.
• Maintain process and configuration documentation and train end users.
• Communicate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of SAP experience, including 2 years implementing SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience with FI, CO, WM, SD, MM, and PP modules, plus at least 2 years implementing, configuring, and using SAP Fiori apps.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA configuration and customization, data migration, and data analysis.
• Strong communication, analytical, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card holder and authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Nice to have

• SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Experience with additional SAP technologies.
