Finance Transformation Analyst - Early Talent Program 2027 (Finance Transformation)

Location: Kansas City, Missouri, United States

Base salary: $70,000 per year; candidates with advanced degrees may be eligible for higher base compensation. Short-term incentives and other benefits are excluded.

What you will do

• Support Finance transformation initiatives focused on process improvement, stronger controls, and operational effectiveness.
• Coordinate project activities, monitor progress, track action items, and support issue resolution across workstreams.
• Partner with stakeholders and project teams to deliver milestones and strategic objectives.
• Document and analyze business processes, applying technology and innovative approaches to improve efficiency.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and communications for Finance leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Support governance, internal controls, continuous improvement, and process excellence initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress in Accounting, Finance, Project Management, Business, or a related field; relevant master’s and doctoral degrees may also be considered.
• Up to three years of professional experience and a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0.
• Analytical problem-solving skills, strong organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Clear communication skills, including the ability to create presentations and tailor messages to different audiences.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• US work authorization is required; this position is not eligible for US work authorization sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Interest in AI-enabled applications, data-driven tools, and emerging technologies such as Palantir.
• Experience with root cause analysis, process optimization, or continuous improvement.
