Maintenance Technician for Facility Management (f/m/d)

Location: Eurasburg, Germany; on-site facility maintenance required

What you will do

• Maintain and care for recycling centers, outdoor facilities, and landscaped areas.
• Monitor, coordinate, and ensure the quality of contracted cleaning services.
• Perform maintenance, repairs, and minor refurbishment work across facility management areas.
• Manage work orders and incident reports independently through the ticketing system.
• Instruct, support, and supervise external service providers and contractors.
• Perform rotating winter maintenance and participate in the regular 24-hour on-call duty rotation.

Requirements

• Completed technical or skilled-trade vocational training, ideally in woodworking or metalworking.
• Excellent German language skills in written and spoken communication.
• Proficiency with standard Microsoft Office applications.
• Independent, structured, responsible, reliable, team-oriented, and service-minded working style.
• Strong willingness to learn and develop continuously.
• Valid Class B driving license.
