Product Development Coordinator (Fashion)

Location: Beverly Hills, CA, United States; onsite, Monday–Friday during core business hours

What you will do

• Coordinate internal sample requests, counter-development samples, and new samples with the inventory team.
• Generate shipping labels and maintain accurate sample-tracking records for development samples, color standards, lab dips, trims, fabrics, and washes.
• Assist with buy sheets, turbo tech packs, fabric approvals, lab-dip comments, and Bills of Materials in the PLM system.
• Coordinate proto samples for fittings and prepare samples for presentation meetings by hanging, tagging, steaming, and photographing them.
• Maintain PLM data integrity and review packing lists for unit-volume accuracy.
• Communicate daily with overseas manufacturers and collaborate with Design and Production.

Requirements

• Intermediate understanding of G Suite and Microsoft Office.
• Strong time-management, organization, communication, attention-to-detail, and quality-control skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a dynamic environment, prioritize and adjust workload, make independent decisions, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• English is required; additional languages are advantageous.
• An AA degree in Fashion is highly desired; garment and fabric construction experience is a plus.
