Location: Maitland, Florida; onsite five days per week. This posting covers multiple opportunities, some of which may be remote or hybrid at facilities across North America. Must be a U.S. citizen or have legal authorization to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
Salary: $21.00–$30.00 per hour.

What you will do
- Plan and coordinate construction projects, including schedules, tasks, estimates, dependencies, milestones, CPM analysis, and histogram analysis.
- Work with engineering teams on programming and material selection for project solutions.
- Establish and maintain project operations budgets by validating scope, revising estimates, and monitoring forecasted costs and expenses.
- Prepare subcontractor requests for quotations, including scopes, plans, specifications, milestones, bonding requirements, and billing schedules.
- Receive and qualify subcontractor proposals and assist with supervising assigned staff, subcontractors, and installers.
- Communicate with contractors, subcontractors, owners, project managers, and other team members about scope, budgets, performance, issues, and close-out.
Requirements
- Be actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree throughout the summer internship, preferably in Construction Engineering, Building Management, Construction Management, HVAC, Engineering, or an equivalent field.
- Have completed at least the sophomore year before the internship begins.
- Demonstrate knowledge of construction management processes, methods, and practices through coursework, projects, groups, work, or volunteering.
- Be a U.S. citizen or have unrestricted legal authorization to work in the U.S. without current or future sponsorship.
- Hold a valid driver's license for at least 12 months and provide proof of insurance.
- Have no major or frequent traffic violations, including recent DUI, hit-and-run, license suspension, reckless or careless driving, or multiple preventable collisions.
