What you will do

  • Provide day-to-day engineering support for assigned manufacturing and process areas.
  • Identify, analyze, and resolve equipment, process, and product issues using structured problem-solving and data analysis.
  • Implement process, equipment, and product improvements focused on efficiency, yield, reliability, quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Support improvement projects, equipment and process qualification, and validation activities.
  • Participate in change control, impact assessments, implementation, and technical documentation.
  • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, vendors, and external partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Materials Science.
  • Relevant engineering experience, including internships or co-op experience.
  • Fundamental understanding of manufacturing or engineering principles.
  • Strong analytical problem-solving, data analysis, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and produce clear, compliant technical documentation.
  • Fluency in English is required.

Nice to have

  • Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Exposure to validation, change control, or process improvement activities.
  • Familiarity with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies.
