Sr. Opex Engineer (Lean/Six Sigma)

What you will do

• Lead site performance improvement initiatives through the Growth and Performance System (GPS).
• Identify, prioritize, and execute continuous improvement projects with site leadership and cross-functional teams.
• Drive Lean thinking, problem-solving, and continuous improvement across the manufacturing site.
• Lead the Margin Improvement Program and deliver cost savings, efficiency, and productivity targets.
• Coach teams in Lean/Six Sigma tools, including root cause analysis, process mapping, and statistical problem-solving.
• Develop KPIs, support strategic planning and Lean Daily Management, and improve production flows, cycle times, and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, continuous improvement, or a related environment.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, data analysis, statistical tools, and process improvement methodologies.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and improvement projects from concept through execution.
• Understanding of cGMP, FDA, and EHS regulations.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.
