Senior Configuration Engineer (WMS PrIME)

Location: Manila Net Park Office, Manila, Philippines; flexible work schedule with available work-from-home arrangements.

What you will do

• Design and develop PrIME configuration standards and identify opportunities to return implementations to standard.
• Build a holistic configuration migration strategy with Blue Yonder for PrIME expansion, upgrades, and legacy-site transition.
• Optimize the warehouse management platform and develop tools for configuration automation and audits.
• Create configuration documentation and deployment packages for repeatable implementations.
• Train Solution Experts on updated configuration standards and techniques.
• Coordinate with IT, business owners, vendors, and project teams to manage risks and deliver warehouse transformation initiatives.

Requirements

• Strong experience implementing Blue Yonder/JDA Warehouse Management solutions in complex, highly automated warehouses.
• Ability to assess business requirements and configure applications according to global template standards.
• Experience identifying defect root causes and determining remediation through software fixes or work-process changes.
• Experience with Blue Yonder upgrades, including version 2018 or later.
• Hands-on experience installing, configuring, testing, documenting, and standardizing complex applications.
• In-depth knowledge of WMS processes for distribution centers and plants, plus experience managing complex projects and stakeholders.
