Senior Microsoft Dynamics Developer (Dynamics 365): Designing, developing, and evolving Dynamics 365 CRM solutions and integrated business applications with an accent on Power Platform customization, Azure integrations, and enterprise architecture. Focus on modernizing existing implementations, improving scalability and performance, and maintaining reliable CI/CD and DevOps practices.

What you will do
- Design, develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement and CRM solutions.
- Configure and extend Dynamics using plugins, workflows, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and custom integrations.
- Contribute to solution architecture and technical design decisions across Dynamics and integrated applications.
- Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, and middleware.
- Improve CI/CD pipelines, deployment processes, monitoring, troubleshooting, and DevOps practices for Dynamics environments.
- Modernize existing implementations, reduce technical debt, and improve scalability, performance, and reliability while collaborating with stakeholders, consultants, architects, and cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- At least 5 years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and/or ERP development experience.
- Strong experience with C#, .NET, JavaScript, Dynamics SDK, and customization tools.
- Hands-on experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse.
- Experience with Azure services, software architecture, security best practices, Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD, and the full software development lifecycle.
- Fluent English required; ability to work with clients and global, multicultural teams.
Nice to have
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations, dual-write integrations, legacy Dynamics CRM, or migrations to Dynamics 365.
- Knowledge of Power BI, Angular, Microsoft Dynamics or Power Platform certifications, and Oracle E-Business Suite.
