Quality Assurance Supervisor (Aerospace Composites)

Location: Parla, Spain; onsite at the manufacturing location

hirify.global manufactures advanced composite materials, including carbon fiber, woven reinforcements, resins, prepregs, honeycombs, and additively manufactured parts for commercial aerospace and other applications.

What you will do

• Review customer specifications and develop quality plans covering receiving, manufacturing processes, and inspections.
• Manage document control, the quality document archive, and non-conformities involving raw material suppliers.
• Generate and review raw material purchase specifications for suppliers.
• Attend customer and certification-body audits of the Parla Quality Management System.
• Coordinate externally contracted internal quality audits and manage corrective actions from internal, customer, and certification audits.
• Prepare periodic reports on quality efficiency, quality costs, and related metrics.

Requirements

• Degree in science or engineering.
• Knowledge of ISO standards, calibration, customer specifications, and statistical process control.
• Completed training in ISO 9001 and EN 9100; quality-system auditor training or equivalent seminar according to these standards.
• Knowledge of composite materials and current Windows operating-system applications, servers, and workstations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Eligibility to work in Spain is required.
