Avionics & Mission - Integration Test Engineer (Lab/Rig)

Location: Getafe Area, Spain; support may also be required at other sites, such as Manching, Germany. A hybrid work model is available when possible, and travel between locations is required.

What you will do

• Prepare, execute, analyze, and report integration tests for avionics and mission systems at subsystem and system level.
• Define test procedures, test plans, and contributions to integrated test team activities.
• Support lab and rig testing through system development, certification, and qualification, including V&V strategy and progress tracking.
• Review, optimize, and challenge test requests and planning against program milestones.
• Coordinate with design offices, test integrators, chief engineering, program offices, and certification authorities.
• Identify and analyze system misbehaviors, communicate impacts to designers, and optimize test data analysis methods.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in integration testing at rig or lab level for avionics or mission systems.
• Knowledge of integration and test route maps, test planning, execution, reporting, and data analysis.
• Technical negotiation proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Ability to meet timescales and milestones and work across several locations with regular travel.
• Technical engineering background with testing competencies and the ability to coordinate across test center domains and design offices.
• Awareness of compliance risks and commitment to professional integrity.
