Junior Test Engineer (Robotics/Motion Control)

What you will do

• Define, perform, and interpret tests for products and components.
• Collaborate with development and cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and create comprehensive test plans.
• Execute test cases, document results, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues, prepare detailed defect reports, and support resolution efforts.
• Review system specifications for testability and potential risks.
• Improve testing processes and procedures to strengthen product quality and reliability.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field, with a basic understanding of engineering concepts and principles.
• Basic understanding of the product development lifecycle, testing best practices, and test automation tools.
• Experience with electronic circuit technology design and assembly processes.
• Fluent written and spoken Spanish and English.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Personal interest in robotics and motion control.
