Annual base salary: $105,000–$108,000. LA28 does not provide relocation assistance.

What you will do
- Lead operational planning and Games-time delivery for the Olympic Lacrosse Tournament.
- Coordinate with World Lacrosse and internal venue, infrastructure, event management, and sport-planning functions on competition and training venue design.
- Develop competition and training schedules, event operating plans, equipment requirements, testing plans, and sport delivery plans.
- Build, recruit, onboard, train, and lead the Lacrosse competition-management workforce, including staff, officials, and volunteers.
- Manage relationships with World Lacrosse, national governing bodies, local sport communities, and other external stakeholders.
- Provide progress reports, budget inputs, project plans, and validated planning assumptions for Lacrosse operations.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience delivering national and international sporting events in a leadership role.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
- Extensive knowledge of Lacrosse and event operations across professional, federation, university, and grassroots levels.
- Understanding of international federation rules and coordination with international and United States sport governing bodies.
- Experience with venue design, event planning, cross-functional delivery, and leading large, diverse event workforces.
- Fluent working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging.
Nice to have
- Previous Olympic or Paralympic sport experience at an organizing committee, multi-sport Games, or international federation event.
- Experience delivering international-level Lacrosse events.
