Plan-to-Produce Analyst

What you will do

• Analyze business processes, workflows, performance information, and recurring issues across the Plan-to-Produce value chain.
• Gather, document, validate, and maintain business and functional requirements for process improvements, reporting, automation, and technology solutions.
• Translate stakeholder needs into process designs, business rules, user stories, reporting requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support KPI definitions, scorecards, management reporting, data validation, and interpretation of performance results.
• Coordinate business testing, issue resolution, implementation readiness, training, adoption, and post-implementation support.
• Build alignment across business functions, operating organizations, process owners, and technology teams while supporting analytics, workflow, automation, and AI initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• At least two years of experience in business analysis, process analysis, business operations, process improvement, performance management, systems administration, project support, analytics, supply chain, accounting, finance, engineering, or a related discipline.
• Experience analyzing processes or performance data and translating business needs into documented requirements.
• Ability to develop KPIs, dashboards, reports, business insights, and implementation-ready documentation.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functional initiatives, testing, operational readiness, and stakeholder alignment without direct authority.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, organization, teamwork, data management, and continuous improvement skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in refining, manufacturing, planning, supply chain, logistics, commercial operations, finance, or another complex operating environment.
• Experience with automation, workflow technologies, analytics, artificial intelligence, or other digital capabilities.
• Experience with business process governance, operational controls, capability adoption, sustainment, or continuous improvement.
