TL;DR

What you will do
- Lead enterprise GIS architecture, technical standards, best practices, and geospatial solution delivery.
- Design complex spatial and operational data analyses for business initiatives and strategic decision-making.
- Lead GIS projects covering thematic mapping, data conversion, quality assurance, and geospatial product delivery.
- Build and maintain automated ETL workflows using FME, Python with ArcPy, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Integrate geospatial and operational data across business systems and govern ArcSDE geodatabases and SQL Server platforms.
- Develop and support web-based GIS applications in ArcGIS Enterprise, including dashboards and Experience Builder applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 10 years of GIS experience with ArcGIS, ArcGIS Pro, and related technologies.
- At least 10 years of experience designing and supporting FME workflows and data integration solutions in the oil and gas industry.
- At least 8 years of oil and gas industry experience.
- Advanced knowledge of ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online, ArcGIS Pro, enterprise GIS architecture, geospatial data management, and system integration.
- Strong programming, scripting, analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and technical mentorship skills using Python, ArcPy, SQL, and related technologies.
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in GIS, Geography, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience supporting upstream oil and gas operations, surface infrastructure, facilities, and associated datasets.
- Expert-level knowledge of FME architecture, workflow automation, GIS governance, and enterprise data management.
- Experience implementing innovative GIS solutions and process improvements.
