Senior Application Analyst - SAP IBP (SAP)

hirify.global is partnering with a biotechnology industry organization on SAP application analysis and improvement.

What you will do

• Design, configure, test, and enhance SAP applications, with a focus on forecasting, planning, and SAP IBP.
• Analyze business needs, assess impacts, and implement scalable system updates aligned with business requirements.
• Troubleshoot production issues, manage support tickets, and provide timely assistance to SAP end users.
• Lead workflow design, configuration, testing, estimation, and delivery of enhancements and fixes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and external vendors to align SAP solutions with business needs.
• Document systems and processes, identify improvement opportunities, delegate work, and mentor junior analysts.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience configuring or developing technology solutions in application analysis or project delivery.
• Strong experience with SAP systems, including SAP IBP and production planning functionality.
• Understanding of SAP architecture, security, and integration components.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders, and work in cross-functional matrixed environments.
• Experience mentoring peers, leading technical initiatives, and managing changing priorities.

Nice to have

• Experience with S/4HANA, SAP Cloud solutions, and Fiori.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general business technology tools.
