Associate Consumer Insights - Transformation Innovation (AI)

Location: Irving, Texas, USA; domestic travel of 10–20% required.

Salary: $54,800–$71,300 annually.

A large baking company producing branded breads, muffins, bagels, cakes, and donuts through bakeries, sales centers, offices, and sales routes across the United States.

What you will do

• Manage custom consumer research projects for advanced and long-term innovation ideas.
• Explain research findings, insights, and learnings to marketing partners.
• Use AI-assisted insights tools, automation, and advanced analytics to improve insight speed and quality.
• Support adoption of new consumer insights processes, tools, and AI-enabled methods through training and enablement materials.
• Implement intake, prioritization, governance, and insight-quality frameworks, including accuracy checks.
• Coordinate innovation learning agendas across portfolios and incorporate data sources into evidence-based recommendations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, psychology, social studies, anthropology, data and analytics, information systems, strategy, or a related field.
• At least three years of progressive experience in a consumer insights or related function, increasingly focused on innovation insights.
• Some experience using AI tools and data sources such as custom quantitative research tabs and syndicated data systems.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, follow structured processes, solve complex problems, and work with limited supervision.
• Strong interpersonal, collaboration, communication, and influencing skills.
• Computer proficiency, including PowerPoint, Excel, and other software applications.
