Associate Client Manager (Consumer Insights)

Location: Hybrid; onsite 2–3 days per week in White Plains, New York, United States

Salary: USD 80,300–84,000 yearly, with potential sales-based incentive or performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Use NIQ tools, metrics, and data sources to answer client business questions and support informed decisions.
• Develop analytical outlines that combine multiple NIQ solutions into cohesive client stories.
• Analyze and visualize data, translating results into clear insights, callouts, and actionable recommendations.
• Prepare and present client insights using SCQA and AP methodologies.
• Identify revenue leads, partner with account directors to convert opportunities, and lead thought leadership projects.
• Guide and coach junior members while championing initiatives and delivering against KPIs.

Requirements

• Ability to work onsite 2–3 days per week in White Plains, NY.
• 3+ years of industry experience in CPG, sales, category management, market research, or a related field.
• Experience with analytics solutions and POS or panel data; NIQ experience is preferred.
• Proficiency with NIQ data sources and tools, including RMS, Homescan, Omni, Spectra, and Discover.
• Strong analytical, numerical, communication, coaching, and data-storytelling skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English; proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Sheets/Slides.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree.
• Prior experience with NIQ or similar client analytics solutions.
