Product Manager, AI Platform & Services

Location: Remote in the EU, Baden-Württemberg (BW), or Germany (DE)

What you will do

• Own the roadmap for analytics, models, inference APIs, and shared AI services built on real-time plant data.
• Prioritize platform capabilities that accelerate operator- and operations-facing applications.
• Drive adoption through SDKs, documentation, enablement, and requirements gathering from application teams and plant stakeholders.
• Lead delivery with ML and engineering teams in Agile/Scrum, including backlog ownership, story writing, and sprint planning.
• Define evaluation, monitoring, and model governance for plant-critical AI use cases.
• Track adoption, API and SDK usage, service uptime and latency, model accuracy, sprint delivery, and concept-to-GA time.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in software product management or product ownership.
• 2+ years owning a technical or platform product in an Agile/Scrum environment.
• 2+ years of experience with industrial or manufacturing software, such as Industrial IoT, MES, SCADA, historians, or plant-operations SaaS.
• Experience with real-time plant data and operator-facing systems.
• Demonstrated experience shipping dashboards, alerting, visualization, or workflow tools based on live or streaming data.
• Knowledge of AI/ML model lifecycles, inference, APIs, responsible AI, evaluation, monitoring, and governance.
