What you will do

• Perform manual functional, regression, and integrated testing for new and modified software.
• Write, update, and execute test plans, procedures, scenarios, and test cases covering positive and negative paths.
• Identify, document, track, and communicate product defects and functionality gaps.
• Participate in product design reviews and assess functional requirements, usability, and testing implications.
• Maintain the active test library and coordinate updates with the test automation team.
• Plan and manage QA initiatives, report quality metrics, conduct internal audits, and mentor colleagues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• At least three years of experience writing manual test cases and test plans and performing test execution.
• Ability to plan and execute complex QA initiatives with minimal assistance and mentor other team members.
• Strong understanding of software quality assurance standards, testing practices, troubleshooting, and problem-solving.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

Nice to have

• Experience with structured delivery processes and full lifecycle development.
• Experience using Agile methods.
• Experience testing web, PC, and mobile applications across Windows, Linux, and iOS environments.
• Experience with applications built using Java, Delphi, .NET, or Objective-C and with varied databases.
• Knowledge of test automation applicability, usage, and maintenance.
