Home Care Senior Designer (AI)

Location: Cincinnati General Offices, United States

Salary: $110,000–$165,300 per year, plus bonus if applicable and benefits.

What you will do

• Build brand strategy, design vision, and creative execution with cross-functional teams and external agencies.
• Drive consistent and appealing brand expression across packaging, digital, print, displays, and other touchpoints.
• Lead graphic design for collection restages, line extensions, and new product innovations.
• Develop visual systems, frameworks, and processes that support brand building and shopping experiences.
• Create concepts, prototypes, visual presentations, and design iterations using hands-on graphic design skills.
• Facilitate creative thinking, capability building, and continuous improvements in design quality and efficiency.

Requirements

• 6+ years of full-time graphic design experience.
• BA/BS degree in Graphic Design or a similar field.
• Strong expertise in design principles, systems thinking, aesthetics, typography, color, package design, and brand identity.
• Experience communicating strategic design vision and collaborating with partners across functions and seniority levels.
• Strong project and time management skills, including leading multiple complex projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in current graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite and AI tools.
