VP Investor Accounting (Mortgage Finance)

Salary: $95,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the Bank Reconciliation team across a rapidly growing mortgage subservicing portfolio.
• Serve as the executive lead for offshore service-provider relationships and ensure compliance with service-level agreements.
• Maintain a controlled environment for reconciliations and investor reporting.
• Partner with Treasury, Investor Reporting, and Loan Servicing executives to resolve complex financial movements and aging items.
• Review portfolio health, quantify over/shortage positions, and manage cash controls.
• Support government, internal, and external audits and investor-rating reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 7+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with major areas of residential mortgage servicing, including bank reconciliations and loan research.
• Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills.
• High proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Ability to work from the Carrollton, Texas office.
