AVP, Investor Reporting

Annual full-time base salary: $85,000–$100,000

What you will do

• Lead and oversee Investor Reporting team members servicing commercial real estate loan portfolios.
• Approve system-generated reports, queries, and client deliverables for accuracy, compliance, and completeness.
• Manage written and verbal communication with lenders, auditors, rating agencies, clients, and other authorized stakeholders.
• Design and build Excel spreadsheet templates and financial models for loan metrics, cash flows, amortization, and debt or equity calculations.
• Monitor workflow, resource utilization, deadlines, quality control, and process-efficiency initiatives.
• Train and mentor staff, evaluate team resources, and support special projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant industry experience, typically including 1 year at Senior Associate level or equivalent.
• Five years of experience with CREFC Reporting and with reconciliations and financial or investor reporting.
• Experience using Excel formulas, data tables, and macros to create and review financial models.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, leadership, communication, professionalism, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with minimal supervision while working collaboratively.
