Senior Manager of Treasury Operations

What you will do

• Build and own treasury infrastructure across a multi-entity platform with 20+ banks and hundreds of accounts.
• Run daily cash positioning and maintain dual controls, callback protocols, positive pay, and fraud defenses.
• Execute capital calls, preferred return payouts, promote splits, and distribution reconciliations for 300+ investors.
• Maintain segregation of insurance and fiduciary capital across captive insurance, technology, and real estate entities.
• Build rolling liquidity forecasts covering CapEx burn, debt service, operating runway, and agency debt covenants.
• Modernize treasury operations by connecting API bank feeds, AI-driven tooling, Trovata, Kyriba, Yardi, and NetSuite.

Requirements

• 7–12 years of treasury or multi-entity cash management experience, including complex cash operations through at least one full rate cycle.
• Experience with fraud defense, dual authorization, callback protocols, positive pay, and high-volume banking operations.
• Experience with investor servicing, capital calls, preferred return payouts, promote splits, and large-scale reconciliations.
• Working knowledge of regulated-entity and intercompany discipline, liquidity forecasting, agency debt, guarantor net worth requirements, and DSCR testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics required.
• United States work authorization, a clean background check, and a clean credit history are required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CTP, or a relevant Master’s degree.
• Captive insurance experience.
• Experience with Trovata, Kyriba, Yardi, NetSuite, API bank feeds, automated reconciliation, and AI/LLM tooling.
