Accounting Manager

What you will do

• Lead the onshore and offshore accounting team, including hiring, training, performance evaluation, mentoring, and KPI reviews.
• Assign responsibilities and ensure accurate, timely completion of weekly and monthly accounting tasks.
• Oversee accounting for assigned operating business units, including journal entries and financial reporting.
• Review balance sheet reconciliations and variance analysis in BlackLine, resolving discrepancies and escalating issues.
• Conduct second-level reviews of accounting tasks, manage complex projects, and coordinate internal and external audits.
• Identify process improvements and promote effective, respectful collaboration within the accounting department.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA certification.
• 4–5 years of accounting experience, including at least 3 years in public accounting.
• Experience leading teams, identifying development needs, and mentoring employees.
• Strong communication, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
