Utility Specialist (Pest Control)

What you will do

• Inspect residential and commercial properties, identify pest activity, and deliver pest control services.
• Install and maintain termite control systems and Thermal Acoustical Pest Control (TAP) insulation.
• Perform exclusion services and wildlife removal, including building and setting exclusion traps.
• Assist with minor construction, repairs, and replacements related to pest damage.
• Explain services to customers, provide pest-control guidance, and ensure satisfaction.
• Complete service documentation and participate in training on industry practices, technologies, and regulations.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED, related experience or training, or an equivalent combination.
• Valid driver's license from the state of residence.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday and Saturdays as needed.
• Solid reading, writing, verbal communication, and basic math skills.
• Must be clean-shaven so respirators can properly seal.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, at heights, outdoors and indoors, and around animals, insects, chemicals, mechanical parts, electrical current, dust, and fumes; ability to lift up to 50 pounds and wear required PPE.
