Campaign Administrator II (Mortgage Operations)

Location: Onsite in Carrollton, Texas, United States

Salary: $55,000–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Partner with unit leadership to develop and operationalize campaign strategies.
• Determine anticipated call volume and staffing vacancy impacts on daily call strategies.
• Execute scheduled campaigns in line with regulatory and investor compliance policies.
• Provide campaign guidance, training support, troubleshooting, and escalation resolution for business lines and call center employees.
• Recommend dialer system setting changes to improve call efficiency.
• Communicate daily campaign strategies and support Queue and Workforce Management teams.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of relevant work experience.
• High proficiency in Excel and Word.
• Working knowledge of SQL.
