Electrophysiology Supply Chain (Business) Intern (MedTech)

Location: Irvine, California, United States; hybrid with 2–3 days of in-person work

Salary: $23.50–$52.50 per hour

What you will do

• Support end-to-end supply chain optimization for new and existing products in cross-functional projects.
• Assist with stakeholder meetings, prepare minutes, and help keep projects on schedule.
• Investigate supply chain issues, identify root causes, and support mitigation and corrective and preventive actions.
• Evaluate products and processes to identify quality, productivity, and cost-improvement opportunities.
• Collect and analyze supply chain data, track deliverables, and maintain project documentation.
• Ensure project outputs comply with applicable standards, regulations, and procedures.

Requirements

• Completion of undergraduate freshman year at an accredited university.
• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or fifth-year master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and May 2029.
• Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Strong analytical, communication, independent-working, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Office applications.
