Channel Marketing Manager (E-commerce)

What you will do

• Develop and execute joint marketing plans with key distribution partners to support shared revenue growth goals.
• Define e-commerce strategies for partner channels across North-West Europe, with a focus on increasing digital sales.
• Plan and implement digital, event, email, and social marketing campaigns adapted to partner and customer needs.
• Coordinate with regional sales, product management, channel management, and marketing teams.
• Manage the channel marketing budget and align investments with growth priorities.
• Conduct channel marketing research, analyze campaign performance, and publish actionable ROI and pipeline reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• Ideally 7+ years of relevant experience, including channel marketing and e-commerce.
• Experience developing, deploying, and measuring major marketing campaigns.
• Extensive experience with e-commerce, SEO/SEM, and web traffic metrics across owned and distributor websites.
• Excellent English language skills required.
• Strong data analysis, communication, and knowledge of modern marketing platforms, CMS, and analytical tools.

Nice to have

• Experience with a major electrical distributor or large industrial products manufacturer.
• Dutch and/or German language skills.
