What you will do
- Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies and oversee their implementation across channels.
- Audit existing marketing and digital approaches, identify relevant trends, and turn findings into clear strategic direction.
- Define strategic frameworks and develop new digital propositions with existing clients.
- Build a detailed understanding of client goals, audiences, and competitive landscapes.
- Bridge client needs with specialists in social media, influencer marketing, UX/UI, e-commerce, CRO, marketing automation, performance marketing, SEO, and SEA.
- Integrate AI into marketing strategies and operations, identifying practical business value and supporting meaningful adoption.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in digital strategy, digital ecosystems, and customer experience.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce, digital marketing, and experience design.
- Ability to translate business goals into digital strategies, customer journeys, and scalable solutions.
- Strong storytelling, presentation, analytical, commercial, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience leading discovery processes and multidisciplinary teams from strategy through execution.
- Fluent Dutch and English are required.
