Vulnerability Management Analyst (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Support vulnerability scanning within approved scopes and toolsets.
• Coordinate, prioritize, and track patching with infrastructure, application, cloud, and regional teams.
• Prepare recurring vulnerability and patching reports for operational and executive stakeholders.
• Create, route, and track vulnerability tickets through ITSM and remediation workflows.
• Support risk-based prioritization using severity, exploitability, asset criticality, exposure, and business impact.
• Document remediation actions, exceptions, risk decisions, closure evidence, and status updates while coordinating with client stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in vulnerability management and patch governance.
• Experience with Tenable, Rapid7, Qualys, and Zafran.
• Experience with vulnerability scanning and reporting, patch remediation tracking, ITSM ticket workflows, risk prioritization, and exception documentation.
• Ability to build reports that explain risk and urgency to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for frequent client interaction by email, calls, and meetings.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple infrastructure, application, cloud, and regional teams.

Nice to have

• Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience supporting multiple regional teams and scanning toolsets concurrently.
