What you will do

• Analyze intrusion detection data, firewall events, network traffic, and host system logs to identify vulnerabilities and cyber threats.
• Respond to cyber events and develop mitigations that strengthen network defenses.
• Assess wired, wireless, cellular, video-conferencing, cloud, and IoT technologies and their security implications.
• Form hypotheses, select analysis techniques, query and enrich data, and evaluate findings.
• Document and communicate intelligence insights, findings, and newly developed tradecraft to teammates, stakeholders, and intelligence consumers.
• Collaborate with government, military, and contractor personnel to align analysis with intelligence needs and mission relevance.

Requirements

• United States citizenship and an appropriate security clearance are required.
• TS/SCI clearance with an agency-appropriate polygraph is required.
• Seven years of relevant experience with an associate degree, five years with a bachelor's degree, three years with a master's degree, or two years with a doctorate may satisfy the experience and education requirement.
• Relevant experience includes computer or information systems design, development, or analysis; computer and network security; vulnerability analysis; penetration testing; computer forensics; information assurance; systems engineering; and network or systems administration.
• Computer Science or equivalent Information Technology or Information Security coursework should cover foundational areas including algorithms, programming, data structures, computer architecture, logic, and advanced mathematics.
• Relevant military training, including JCAC, may count toward the experience requirement.
