What you will do

• Prepare and deliver compliant financial management documents for planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and reporting across U.S. and Foreign Military Sales programs.
• Develop program budgets, forecasts, execution reports, financial analyses, and funding documentation.
• Analyze budget variances, schedules, obligations, expenditures, and earned value management data.
• Support budget execution reviews, integrated baseline reviews, milestone decision reviews, program management reviews, and risk assessments.
• Maintain funding records, audit trails, financial databases, delivery order status reports, and contract funds status reports.
• Research accounting issues, correct financial record errors, prepare what-if funding analyses, and support reimbursable budget management.

Requirements

• Active and transferable DoD Secret security clearance with a current investigation at the required level and the ability to maintain it.
• Associate degree plus 10 years of relevant experience, including 3 years in a DoD environment; or bachelor’s degree plus 5 years of relevant experience; or master’s degree plus 2 years of relevant experience.
• Knowledge of financial management, accounting functions, analytical methods, procedures, and processes.
• Ability to work independently, troubleshoot problems, and develop solutions within program or project guidelines.
• Full-time work at Robins AFB, Georgia; travel is approximately 10%.

Nice to have

• Experience researching and analyzing Un-Liquidated Obligations and negative Un-Liquidated Obligations.
• Familiarity with Comprehensive Cost and Requirements.
