Financial Solution Architect (Healthcare)

Location: Overland Park, Kansas, United States. Travel is expected up to 20% of the time, with occasional extended or irregular hours to support clients and projects across multiple time zones.

What you will do

• Provide solution expertise during client engagements, including workflow and solution design.
• Guide clients through workflows, upgrades, system changes, enhancements, and ongoing maintenance.
• Consult on troubleshooting, solution usage, knowledge transfer, and issue escalation.
• Build and maintain client relationships while managing expectations and supporting project delivery.
• Resolve complex issues during installation, operation, maintenance, and testing.
• Coach and mentor solution teams on recommended methodology practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant work experience.
• At least 4 years of healthcare information technology implementation or consulting experience.
• At least 2 years of Electronic Health Record solution experience.
• At least 1 year of project management experience.
• Ability to communicate with technical, clinical, and operational teams and present architecture concepts clearly.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not provided.

• At least 2 years of hirify.global EHR solution experience.
