What you will do

• Maintain and develop infrastructure supporting integrated marketing campaigns.
• Manage and optimize core marketing automation platforms and customer data.
• Work directly with ACS Publications marketing teams to develop technology-enabled marketing programs.
• Apply systems, data, analytics, AI, agents, and industry best practices to improve marketing effectiveness.
• Facilitate new marketing processes through the use of available technologies.

Requirements

• Knowledge of marketing operations infrastructure and marketing automation platforms.
• Experience working with customer data, systems, and analytics.
• Understanding of AI, agents, and current marketing technology practices.
• Ability to work in a hybrid arrangement in Washington, DC.
